Kelly Danyluk
President

Kelly Danyluk has been in the banking industry for the last 20 years. He is currently a Vice President with RCB Bank specializing in Commercial and Mortgage lending. Kelly has been involved with the Veteran’s Memorial project for several years and is currently the President of the Reno County Veteran’s Memorial Association. He has immense respect and gratitude towards those that served to protect our freedom. Although not a Veteran himself, both his Father and Grandfather served during the Korean War and WWII, respectively. Kelly is a Graduate of Kansas State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has been a Hutchinson resident since 1994.

Erwin Leeper
Secretary/Treasurer
Erwin served in the army two years during the Korean Conflict (1952-1953). Starting in 1973, he became heavily active in South Hutchinson and it's various committees and boards. Erwin served as chair of the South Hutchinson Pride program from 1973-1982. In 1977 he was elected to the South Hutchinson City Council until 1981 and later served three additional terms from 1985-1989, 1995-2011, and finally in 2013 where he still resides. He then became a board member of the South Hutchinson Planning board in 1989 and served as chairperson from 1991-1995. Over the years, Erwin has served seven one-year terms as mayor of South Hutchinson. He is currently the President of Market South Hutchinson and serving as secretary and treasurer of the Reno County Veterans Association.
James Dull
Board Member
James Dull has been involved with the South Hutchinson Government since 1989 in various capacities and is currently the Superintendent. He has lived in the community for 45 years and raised his family here. The idea of a Veterans’ Memorial came from his travels throughout Kansas and seeing other City and County Memorials. Realizing that Reno County had no such similar memorial, James brought his idea to the attention of Matt Stiles, City Administrator for South Hutchinson. Together, they realized that the City had a perfect piece of property to create Reno County’s own Veterans’ memorial. The South Hutchinson City Council has been pro-active with a “Let’s Make It Happen,” campaign for the Memorial. James is very proud to be a part of this great project.
Tom King
Board Member

Tom King served in the United States Airforce from 1972 to 1976.  He also had 4 older brothers who served in the Army and one brother who served in Vietnam War.    After Tom’s term in the military he moved to Hutchinson Ks in 1977 where he worked as a draftsman at Cessna Fluid Power Division for 5 years.  In 1981 he made a career change to selling radio advertising where he is currently account executive for Eagle Communication, (KHUT Country 102.9 FM , KHMY 93.1 FM, KWBW 1450 AM & 98.5 FM).   Tom has been involved with the Reno County Veterans Memorial since 2015 and also works with Market South Hutch planning committee to help promote special events. He also devotes time to helping other organizations in the community such as the Boys & Girls Club, First Call for Help, Cancer Council of Reno County, Food Bank of Reno County and the local Schools.
