After a long winter, we are proud to say that Phase II Construction is officially underway! Construction began this week and will include flatwork, the main deck, pillars, flag pole stands, and some electrical. Additional electrical will be needed and will incur an additional cost on top of the planned Phase II expenses. The company doing all the work is Yoder Builders, Inc.
